Located approximately 7 minuets from junction 15a off the M1,
commuting from London or Birmingham is a breeze. Pubs, restaurants
and takeaways are all within a few hundred meters of Southfields. The Sixfields retail complex puts many more dinning and entertainment
facilities within a stones throw. Northampton’s vibrant town centre
is a short taxi ride away.

major exits of the M1, for door to door directions try using

From the North use junction 16
of the M1
- Junction 16 (A45). Leave
Motorway (signposted Northampton West)
- At roundabout take exit A4500
A45
- Continue along A45 until round about (Petrol station on
right)
- Take first
exit of round about (Harpol/Duston)
- Continue
along road until round about (this round about is lop sided)
- Take 3rd
exit (Duston)
- Continue
along this road (Berry wood road), until a mini round about
- Continue
straight over round about
- After
about 250 yards, there is a large Tudor style house, take the next
right immediately after this on to Southfield road
- Southfield guest house is 50 yards down Southfield road on
the right |
From the south use junction
15a of the M1

- Junction 15A.
Leave motorway (signposted Northampton)
- At roundabout take 1st exit (A5123 )
- At the next roundabout take 2nd exit (A5123)
- At the next roundabout take 2nd exit on to the A5076 (signposted
Coventry/Duston/A45) - Straight over next roundabout
- Straight over next roundabout
- At the following roundabout take the 3rd exit (sign posted
Duston)
- Continue straight over roundabout
- At traffic lights, turn left onto Main Road
- Take 2nd exit at mini roundabout heading into Duston village
- Drive through Duston village, until another mini roundabout
- Take 1st exit on to Berrywood road
- Take the next left off Berrywood road
- Southfields guest house is 50 yards down Southfield road on
the right |
